I have an enterprise level application written in PERL and we have a need to provide and consume web services. Soap::Lite was my logical choice until my customer says he wants a framework that will be WS-I compliant, or at least going to be. The requirements are a little soft right now but I think to start ws-addressing and ws-security will be a starting point.
These requirements have led me to ws02/perl however as mentioned above I need to be able to provide as well as consume services. Is there an estimated completion date for this support?
Also, what details can you provide concerning the ws-* specs that will be supported in the Perl binding? Timeline?
