SOA Summer School 2010

Summer Clouds - Understanding the Cloud Landscape
Summary

Navigating the cloud landscape is tricky. The term cloud has been overloaded, and every day brings a host of new discussions, articles and cloud technology. In this session, Paul Fremantle, Chief Technology Officer of WSO2, will provide a simple framework for understanding cloud, categorizing solutions and making sense of what is valuable to your organization. Using a simple three-phase model, Paul will work through the different offerings available, looking at both public and private clouds, and provide a clear approach to cloud adoption. Moving forward, Paul will also look at trends in cloud, standards, as well as how SOA and Clouds fit together.

Finally, having laid out the landscape, the webinar will address WSO2's cloud vision and explore the future development plans and approaches, giving you an insight into upcoming technologies. If you are an architect, developer or infrastructure specialist looking to better understand how you can integrate Cloud Computing technologies into your organization, this is a must-attend webinar!
