WSO2 Web Services Framework/AJAX XPI 0.1

This very early alpha release of WSO2 WSF/AJAX XPI contains the following features.

Key Features

1. Presents SOAPHttpRequest, an XMLHttpRequest like API to consume Web services
2. Presents XML in/out programming model
3. Dynamic module loading, currently used to support WS-Addressing

What's left TODO

1. Dynamic client using WSDL
2. Use of Mozilla exception model to handle SOAP faults
3. Get it working on MS Windows
