oracle jdbc driver not loading

Could you please guide me in configuring the WSOWAS for oracle through Data Services?? I am getting the error – I am using oracleXE and also copied the jdbc libs to D:\wso2wsas-2.2.1\lib in my local desktop

Error- "Driver class oracle.jdbc.driver.OracleDriver not loaded"
