Atlassian JIRA is used as the defect tracking system in all WSO2 projects. When an issue is reported by a user it goes through a cycle as given in the 'Defect life cycle' diagram.

Use the 'add new comment [1]' facility to provide your feedback. We are open to your suggestions that help improve the life cycle.
