[Wsf-perl-user] Perl provider?

Hi,

I just installed the WSO2 WSF/C and the Perl binding (WSO2 WSF/Perl) and 
now I become clear that the perl binding is only a consumer. :-(

I would like to know if there is somebody working on the providing part 
for 
perl. (like it exists for php)
