[Wsf-general] PlotKit - Javascript Graph Library

This is the Javascript library we are using since WSAS 1.1 release for
generating graphs. We are using 0.9.1 version of it (latest 29th Aug 06)
and couple it with MochiKit 1.3.1.

Plotkit (0.9.1) uses MochKit (1.3.1). Thus, we downloaded both of them
and redistributed it as wso2-adminui-graphs-zip-1.1.zip, which is
available in http://dist.wso2.org/maven under groupId org.wso2.adminui.
 Currently it's being used in WSO2 WSAS and ESB.
