[Wsf-general] Does the ActiveX control support the useSOAP option?

I haven't been able to get this to work for SOAP 1.1 or HTTP - all messages
are sent using SOAP 1.2.  Before I spend more time figuring out why, I
wanted to check that useSOAP=1.1 and useSOAP=false are indeed supposed to
work.
