[Wsf-general] WSRequest.options

The WSRequest spec [1] points to the PHP API spec [2] for details about the
format of "options".  The PHP API spec seems to be out of date (WSClient)
and for instance doesn't include "action" as an option.  Is there more
current documentation?  If not, can it be created?
