[Wsf-general] data services and resources - minor change to specification page

I have moved some of the samples that were in the spec page to a child 
page (Data services - Examples) & added a small note in the bottom of 
the spec saying so.
I hope this will make the spec more cleaner than before. And will make 
it more readable as spec still lacks complete description on certain areas.

But however if any of you think otherwise, feel free shout back. I will 
revert my change.
