This was raised by a user 'JZ' in the user mailing list.

Currently wsf/php extension doesn't work when the path is given as a relative path. wsf.home is needed to load modules, + read axis2.xml

User may need to give paths relatively whenever the server doesn't have access (read access) to the some part of the path when it is given as an absolute path.
