As https://wso2.org/jira/browse/WSFPHP-267 is fixed, this also get fixed. Anyway currently Axis2/ C seems having problems when serializing multiple attachement in SWA messages. This should be a fix from Axis2/C level.
I will raise a JIRA on this in the Apache space
