All Axis2/C functions are available from WSO2::WSF::C::<axis2_function>.  Shall we keep all the functions that way or do you think it's better have a separate WSUtil module which encapsulate WSO2::WSF::C.  If we do that we'll be wrapping some functions which already residing in a module without adding much value isn't it?
