I tested WSF/C with XMPP transport and it works fine. However there
are some *minor* improvements need to be done in release
artifacts.Please correct me , if I'm wrong 

   * After installed in deploy directory AUTHORS file is empty

   * In NEWS file, IMHO, Under the section of "Major changes since last
   release" need to update. Since this release is a patch release I
   think we could be more specific about the change. 

   * For me http://dist.wso2.org/products/wsf/c/1.2.1 link doesn't
     work, even http://dist.wso2.org/products/wsf/c/1.2.0 doesn't work

   * NOTICE file need to update 
           "Copyright 2006, 2007 WSO2, Inc." , Year should changed to
           2006-2008
   
   * I think , format that we use for writting ChangeLog is not
    correct. Please refer [1]

   * LICENSE file need to be updated. Please refer to Axis2/C LICENSE file

These are just observations , only in top level directory.
