[wsf-c-dev] [PHP] Improvements to WSDL mode support

As we know, we have made good in the WSDL mode arena lately. However, 
IMHO, that is not good enough. Specially, we cannot say for sure if we 
can support a given WSDL, given the limitations of the sig model that we 
are using.

Hence I would like to propose that we pick a comprehensive set of WSDLs 
and try and fix the sig model for those WSDLs to improve our WSDL scope.

The fixes are two fold. First the sig model needs to be fixed to cover 
all the construct that we think are useful. Second, we need to fix the 
WSDL mode logic, e.g. the validation logic, to support those unsupported 
constructs.
