Here is a possible set of steps that I would like to propose for the
WSF/PHP nightly build system:

1. Create a branch out of WSF/PHP svn head, say with the name yyyy-mm-dd-nb
2. Update the WSF/C externs of yyyy-mm-dd-nb WSF/PHP branch to that of
the latest WSF/C svn head
3. Run build (that is pack, unpack, make, make install)
4. Run tests (using 'pecl run-tests', all tests should pass)
5. Send a mail to WSF C dev list on success or failure

Once we have this going, we should start to look into testing bin packages.

Thoughts are welcome

Thanks,
Samisa...
