If it is a successful build, there is no need to send a log that is so 
large. Just send a simple message, may be with information on where to 
locate the pack, revision no of svn etc.

If it is a failure, we need the error in the message - again we do not 
need the whole build log - just the section that shows the error. I am 
sure with a bit of sed/grep/tail/head we can do that.
