The mentioned settings for the rbconfig.rb in the Windows Source distribution installation section of README.INSTALL_WIN32 confuces the user. 

Here,  As the user only has the axtracted src dist, he/she will confuced when looking for <wso2-wsf-ruby-bin-1.0.0-win32 extracted directory>\\wsf_c and "your\\wsf\\ruby\\home\\dir" in the following section
