The default location for the client_repo in echo_security sample is ../client_repo. But when we run RAMPART_SAMPLES_DIR\client\sec_echo\deploy_client_repo.bat, it creates the client_repo folder in WSFCPP_HOME. Its better if the sample's default value for client_repo points the default client_repo location which is WSFCPP_HOME\client_repo
