[wsf-c-dev] Automating Release Artifacts Testing

We have taken initiative to build a test suite for WSF/Ruby. Once we are 
done with it, we can use it to test release artifacts as well. The plan 
is to integrate this with the script that builds artifacts so that there 
will be a validation phase in it.
