README.INSTALL.WINDOWS mention about setting WSFCPP_HOME, not about WSFC_HOME. but, WSFC_HOME is used in ServiceClient.cpp:198. if WSFC_HOME is not set, echo.exe is crashing at that line. WSFC_HOME in ServiceClient.cpp should be changed to WSFCPP_HOME.
