[wsf-c-dev] Make wsclient a TLP?

We were discussing on brining more visibility to wsclient project in 
order to send out the all cool features of the tool to users out there.

Moving that to sourceforge was debated and the outcome was more biased 
towards not to move it there.

Shall we make wsclient a TLP on OT? Right now it is hidden under the 
WSF/C umbrella.

Thoughts?
