I generated service code for  http://131.107.72.15/SoapWsdl_BaseDataTypes_XmlFormatter_Service_Indigo/BaseDataTypesDocLitB.svc?wsdl 

Following function definitions are missing in the generated code:

RetChar
RetGuid
RetTimeSpan
