[wsf-c-dev] [PHP] Better experiance with samples

I was thinking, when users go to samples folder with the browser, they 
just get the list of files there.

I think, we should have a index.html in the samples folder with a table.
The table should be three column. Fist column, link to client script, 
second column, link to service script and link to service WSDL and third 
column, sample description.
We could also break the table to sections, simple samples, wsdl related, 
security, rm etc.
