[wsf-c-dev] Windows Registry Entry to Show WSF/C Version Number

Hi,

A setting from the registry can easily be tweaked. Can't we read it from
the .dll itself? as in [1]. Also, WSF/PHP and WSF/C++ use resource files
to enter .dll version information. I think WSF/C doesn't have something
similar. If not, it can be added to the head and made sure that the WSF/C
dll file uses it.
