I think we should give use an option to select , whether to check out wsf_c from svn or not. This is not WSF/Perl specific thing but WSF/PHP and WSF/Ruby. 

If I check out WSF/Perl, WSF/Php and WSF/Ruby , they check out wsf_c every time. I think one WSFC repository is enough for all of them. Please correct me If I'm mistaken.
