The following features are implemented for the 1.2.2 (The numbering of the list is taken from the above mentioned wiki)

1. Element with Simple Type
2. simpleType restriction
3. simpleType list
5.  complexType sequence
6. complexType all/choice
7. inner content models
8. complexContent extension (non xsi:type based serializing, parsing)
9. complexContent restriction
10. attribute
11. simpleContent extension
12. attribute group
13. element / attribute refs

Test cases for the above scenarios are added to the test framework

client side tests: https://svn.wso2.org/repos/wso2/trunk/wsf/php/src/tests/samples/wsdl_mode
server side tests: https://svn.wso2.org/repos/wso2/trunk/wsf/php/src/tests/samples/services/wsdl_mode

unimplemented features from the list in the wiki:

4. SimpleType Union - This doesn't work only for simple types like boolean which requires special castings
