There is no control for logging to wsclient user

In wsclient currently logging is hard coded to AXIS2_LOG_DEBUG option. There is no logging options for wsclient end user.
So I suggest having
--log-level LOGLEVEL where LOGLEVEL is one of AXIS2_LOG_INFO, AXIS2_LOG_DEBUG, AXIS2_LOG_ERROR, AXIS2_LOG_CRITICAL, AXIS2_LOG_USER
and also another options for log path
--log-path PATH
