[wsf-c-dev] [C] Windows Shell Extension Solution

Hi Paul,

At the moment we have named it "WeSCli". This stands for "Web Service 
Client" and pronounced like "Wesley". The idea is to have a unique and 
attractive name like Pidgin, WinZip, etc that doesn't have to be 
something techy. Please have a look at the attached image.
