rm_echo_1_1 logs are written to the echo_non_blocking_dual.log

1. Execute the rm_echo_1_1 sample and check the echo_non_blocking_dual.log.
2. The logs related to the above sample are written to the echo_non_blocking_dual.log.
Therefore make sure to log these on a separate log file by the name of the sample (E.g.:-  rm_echo_1_1.log )
