[wsf-c-dev] Backups

Please backup the sources of the following software that we used for 
WSF/C and WSF/PHP 1.0.0 releases
    - libxml2
    - iksemel
    - httpd
    - openssl
    - php

If you have used more than one version of any of the above, I think we 
should have sources for all those versions
Please note the version of the software, download location as well as 
dependent project against the backup - may be we can have a readme 
associated with each baked up source file

Sanjaya and Nandika, please do the needful.

We have to continue this practice from now on, meaning we have to do the 
same for 1.1.0 as well.

If I have missed any source package that we use, please let know.
