Description:
Unable to execute the samples rm_echo_1_0 and rm_echo_1_1 on windows due to the "in busy handler" error.
Tried cleaning the database and running the sample several times but was unable to get it running.
At the time this error occurred the StorageManager is set to persistent
Got the "in busy handler" error both on the server side and the client side
