complex data type "RetStructSNSA" interop fail due to following soap reason in WSDL mode.

Reason: The formatter threw an exception while trying to deserialize the message: There was an error while trying to deserialize parameter http://tempuri.org/:inStructSNSA. The InnerException message was 'There was an error deserializing the object of type XwsInterop.SoapWsdl.ComplexDataTypes.XmlFormatter.Service.Indigo.Employee. The value '' cannot be parsed as the type 'double'.'.  Please see InnerException for more details.
