[wsf-c-dev] [PHP] Re-write WSDL mode stuff in C?

Just like this situation, can we come-up with other language neutral 
implementations if any. (Perl, Ruby?). It's better to have those 
implemented in C as we are going to support many scripting languages in 
the future. Might be a good point to discuss in the next weekly meeting. :)
