We already have an apt repo for WSF/C 1.0.1. release. Add following 
entry to /etc/apt/sources.list

Debian
deb http://dist.wso2.org/wsf/debian stable main

Ubuntu 7
deb http://dist.wso2.org/wsf/ubuntu feisty main

Ubuntu 6
deb http://dist.wso2.org/wsf/ubuntu dapper main

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install wso2-wsf-c
