[wsf-c-dev] [PHP] Re-write WSDL mode stuff in C?

Buddhika have almost completed the WSDL mode for WSF/PHP. He implemented 
this in PHP with the XSLTs form Mashup project.

Now it looks like, for Ruby, we would have to re-implement the same 
stuff. Would be an issue for python as well.

Would it be a good idea to re-write the stuff in C, so that we could use 
them across WSF scripting projects?
