More related questions. Our install doc says that the user should read 
README.WIN32-BUILD-SYSTEM in php source and build it.
Now, I know wee need some modules that are not default, such as xslt. 
What modules should I enable when I build php source? This info is again 
missing in our doc, and needs to be added. Please raise a Jira and fix.
