The Windows install guide tells me to execute:
 %comspec% /k "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio .NET 2003\Vc7\bin\vcvars32.bat"

But I cannot run that on my machine.  I get the following error:

'C:\Program' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.
