[wsf-c-dev][PHP] How to handle Custom SOAP headers

I think it is a good idea to have soap headers in WSMessage . How about 
having two properties "inputHeaders" , "outputHeaders" which will be 
array of WSHeader objects where WSHeader object represents a soap header..
