when using  Addressing there is no mechanism to set two ReplyTo headers in the same SOAP message. For example if Someone wants to send one ReplyTo to a particular endpoint and the other one as env:role="http://www.w3.org/2003/05/soap-envelope/role/none"  then this cannot be done in WSF/C.
