Hi all,
I guess it is not the Service Client who is responsible of setting up
the env. In that case, can't we have an env class and pass the env
object to create the service client, om etc.?

This would solve most of the issues regarding usage of friends, and
we'll not need an additional OM Factory for creating OM.
