[wsf-c-dev] WSF/C include location

For Axis2/C we decided to have the headers in 'include/axis2-1.0' to 
support versioning.

I propose that we adopt a similar model for WSF/C and install headers in 
a similar manner.
How about 'include/wsfc-1.0'?
And we place all WSF/C related headers there and all sub project headers 
in sub folders like 'include/wsfc-1.0/axis2-1.0',  
'include/wsfc-1.0/rampart-0.9', 'include/wsfc-1.0/sandesha-0.9' etc?
