[wsf-c-dev] Serializing sub tree problem solved

I have added a axiom_node_serialize_sub_tree method to om_node to fix 
the sub tree serializing problem without affecting the performance of 
current serialize method.

PHP, ActiveX and XPI had problems with google sample due to this 
namcespace bug.
Now you guys can use axiom_node_serialize_sub_tree in place of 
axiom_node_serialize to serialize the result node and the problem should 
be gone.

Please test and let me know the progress.
