I think it is too early:
1. We are to release a beta of WSF/PHP soon after Axis2/C 1.0 effort
2. We are yet to complete the backward compatible layer (This of course 
will take at least till end of May)

I was thinking of announcing the release of WSF/PHP 1.0 beta on the PHP 
list and then we can take your proposal to the PHP community while  
working on action 2 above.
