Thanks for your feedback and the good news! I guess you hit "Post" button a little too soon ;) - tag details inside axis2.xml and sample are not complete. 

One other question: Where there any code level changes made to make it working or is it just a simple case of configuring it right?

BTW, we started experimenting with libcurl and it seems to satisfy our requirement.
