When running RM samples the used endpoint displayed as NULL in some of the samples

Below are the steps to reproduce the issue

1. When running the following samples the used endpoint is displayed as NULL
a) rm_echo_1_0.exe
b) rm_ping_1_0.exe
c) rm_ping_1_1.exe
