    Description: 
Below are the steps to reproduce the issue

1. Was trying to make the WSF/C src.tar on Linux and received an error and found out that it was due to some of the build dependencies missing
a) libssl-dev
b) libsqlight3-dev
c) libxml2-dev

2. These should be mentioned in the INSTALL file but non of them are specified in the file

Therefore please update the INSTALL file and mention what the build dependencies should be downloaded and installed before building
