[wsf-c-dev] Policy and Security Policy integration to wsclient

Hi Manjula,
IMHO we should go with Algorithm suites. This is more convenient for the
user and allows no violations of security policies. Something like
-algo-suite <algorithm-suite>
I see that other options are too derived from policy assertions, so why
not this?
