The system crashes when RM samples are executed without setting up the MySQL database

Below are the steps to reproduce the issue

1. Got a SVN checkout and set the correct path for "MYSQL_BIN_DIR" (The config file which is located in WSFC_HOME/sandesha2c/build/win32)
2. Set the rest of the properties properly and run the build.bat file
3. When the samples are generated, go the folder "WSF_C/wso2-wsf-c-bin-1.0alhpa2/bin/samples" and execute the rm samples (rm_echo_1_0.exe to rm_report.exe)
4. When running the samples the system crashes and you will see that the reason for this is that you have not set the database properly but in such cases, the system should not crash.
