For my client project I need to avoid building rampart, sandesha2 and wsclient

To do this we need following configure options for wsf/C
--enable-rampart=no --enable-sandesha=no --enable-wsclient=no
Currently I can see --enable-rampart option is there. But making it 
yes/no has no effect.
